Unlimited users
Add the whole team. The price does not move.
Every Empiraa Signal plan includes unlimited users. Launch is $99 a month for the workspace, whether that workspace is three people or thirty. There is no per seat cost, no minimum seat count and no upgrade triggered by hiring someone.

The problem
Per seat pricing taxes the thing you want.
You want everyone who touches a customer to put it in the CRM. Per seat pricing puts a price on that wish.
What per seat pricing does to a team
The people who need it most get left off
The two founders and the three reps get seats. The operations manager, the technician who knows why the customer is unhappy, and the part-time bookkeeper do not, because each one is another line on the invoice. The CRM ends up holding a partial picture of every account.
A spreadsheet appears to fill the gap
People without a seat still need somewhere to put things, so a shared sheet turns up beside the CRM. Now there are two systems, the real history is split across both, and nobody can say which one is right.
Hiring becomes a budget conversation
Bringing someone on should not require checking what it does to four software bills. With per seat pricing across a CRM, a data tool, a scheduler and a proposal tool, one new starter can add a few hundred dollars a month before they have sold anything.
How it works
The limits are real. They are just not on people.
Where the metering lives
Unlimited users means unlimited users
Every plan, including the cheapest one, lets you invite as many people as you like. There is no seat count in the billing, no per user add-on and no tier that unlocks extra people. The plan you pick sets the capacity of the workspace, and the team size is yours to decide.
- No minimum seats and no per seat charge on any plan
- Admins, managers, reps and read-only viewers all count the same, which is not at all
- Adding someone in the middle of a billing period changes nothing on the invoice

What is metered instead
Capacity has to be measured somewhere, and in Signal it is measured on the workspace. That is the honest trade, and it is worth reading before you decide the plan fits.
- Records held: 30,000 on Launch, rising with the plan
- Fresh prospects found each month: 2,000 on Launch
- Contact reveals and company lookups, counted per week on the workspace
- Activities, ANI credits and automation runs, counted per month on the workspace
Why that is the better place to put a limit
A workspace limit scales with what the business does, not with how many people it employs. A team of twelve that runs a modest amount of outbound uses less capacity than a team of three running hard, and it should not pay four times as much for the privilege. Metering the work rather than the headcount also means nobody has to decide who is worth a licence.
The comparison
The same $99, bought two different ways.
Vendor list prices read from attio.com/pricing and hubspot.com/pricing on 19 September 2026, in US dollars. Prices change and vary by region, so check them yourself before you decide.
What the number buys
Attio Pro: $99 per user per month
Ninety-nine US dollars for one person, billed monthly. A team of eight on that plan is $792 a month. Attio publishes a lower annual rate of $79 per user per month, which is $632 a month for the same eight people.
HubSpot Sales Hub Professional: $100 per seat
A hundred US dollars per seat per month, and the seat count is the thing you negotiate. This is a line many growing teams are already paying before they add prospect data, sequences, scheduling and proposals on top.
Empiraa Signal Launch: $99 a month
Ninety-nine dollars for the workspace. Three people or thirty, the number does not change, and it includes the prospect database, enrichment, sequences, the booking link and proposals rather than charging separately for each.
The three plans
Pick the capacity, not the head count.
Every plan below has unlimited users. What changes is how much the workspace can hold and do.
Plans
Launch, $99 a month
For growing teams putting a real sales system in place for the first time. 30,000 records and 2,000 fresh prospects a month.
Drive, $249 a month
For teams that need more prospecting, outreach and follow-up capacity. 75,000 records and 5,000 fresh prospects a month.
Command, $549 a month
For teams scaling sales activity across more contacts, pipelines and workflows. 195,000 records and 13,000 fresh prospects a month.
Attio and HubSpot list prices were read from attio.com/pricing and hubspot.com/pricing on 19 September 2026, in US dollars. Empiraa Signal prices are the same number in AUD, USD, EUR and GBP, and Australian prices include GST.
Questions
Questions about unlimited users.
Does Empiraa Signal really have unlimited users on every plan?
Yes. All three plans, Launch at $99 a month, Drive at $249 and Command at $549, include unlimited users. There is no per seat charge, no minimum seat count and no tier you have to reach before you can invite more people. Capacity is metered on the workspace instead, on things like records held, prospects found each month and activities logged.
What is the catch with unlimited users?
The limits exist, they are just measured on the workspace rather than on people. Each plan caps how many records the workspace can hold, how many fresh prospects it finds a month, how many contact reveals and company lookups it gets a week, and how many activities, ANI credits and automation runs it uses a month. If your team is large and runs a lot of volume, you may move up a plan. You will not move up because you hired someone.
Do read-only or admin users count towards anything?
No. Every person in the workspace is free, whatever their role. That includes people who only ever look at reports, people who only log activity and people who administer the system. There is no cheaper viewer seat because there is no seat.
How much does a CRM with unlimited users cost?
Empiraa Signal starts at $99 a month for the whole workspace, and that is the same figure in Australian, US and euro pricing. Australian prices include GST. By comparison, per seat CRMs commonly list around $100 per user per month at the tier a sales team needs, so the workspace price is already cheaper at one person and the gap widens with every hire.
Why do most CRMs charge per user?
Because it scales revenue with customer size in a way that is simple to model. It is a reasonable commercial choice and it is not dishonest. The problem is what it does to behaviour: it puts a price on the decision to let one more person record what they know about a customer, so the CRM ends up holding less than the business knows.
Is there a free plan?
No, there is a free trial. Signal is free for 14 days with no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial the workspace pauses until you add a card, and nothing is deleted.
