Empiraa IQ
Ask a question about your own numbers.
Empiraa IQ is the part of Signal that looks at the whole workspace and answers questions about it. Open pipeline, win rate, average deal size and value at risk on one screen, an ask box for everything else, and the territory and coverage tools underneath.

The problem
The answer exists. Getting it takes a day.
The data is in the system. What is missing is a way to ask it anything.
Why questions go unanswered
Every question is a new report
Which deals slipped, which industry converts, who has not been called. Each one needs building, so most of them are never asked.
The answer arrives after the decision
A number that takes three days is a number you worked around. By the time it lands the meeting has happened and the call has been made.
Only one person can get it
When reporting needs a licence or a knack, the whole business queues behind whoever has it, and the queue is where curiosity dies.
How it works
Four things, one place.
Signal 360 for the state of play, the ask box for anything else, and the tools that decide who owns what.
Inside IQ
Signal 360, the state of the business
Open pipeline, open deals, what is closing this period, won revenue, win rate, average deal size and value at risk, together on one screen. It is the view you would build first if you were building one.
- The numbers that matter, without running anything
- Value at risk, so the problem is visible before the month ends
- Win rate and average deal size, for working backwards from a target

An ask box for the rest
Type a question in plain words and get an answer from your own workspace data. Not a web search and not a generic model talking about sales in general: your deals, your accounts, your activity.
- Questions in ordinary language, with no report to build
- Answered from your workspace, which is the only data it reads
- Available to the team rather than to whoever owns reporting

And the tools that decide who covers what
Territories split the base by rule instead of by memory. Targets and coverage works back from the number you have to hit to the pipeline and activity it takes to get there.
- Territories with rules, owners and a preview of what they catch
- Targets against pipeline coverage, so a gap is visible early
- ICP Creator, where you define your ideal customers once for the whole system to read

Value at risk
What is exposed right now, from close dates and silence rather than opinion.
A written sales report
The period as a report you can take into a sales meeting or a board pack.
Account allocation
Which accounts sit with which owner, and what a rule change would do to that.
Learn moreWhat reps can see
Whether a rep sees the team average or every colleague’s figures. You decide.
For the whole team
No reporting licence, because every plan includes unlimited users.
Learn moreGetting started
Ask it the question you never get answered.
Four steps
- 10 minutes
Bring your deals in
IQ reads your workspace, so it needs the pipeline in it first.
- 5 minutes
Open Signal 360
Win rate and average deal size are the two numbers most teams have never seen.
- 2 minutes
Ask something awkward
Which deals have gone quiet, or where the wins actually come from.
- 20 minutes
Set the territories
Once ownership is by rule, coverage becomes a number instead of an argument.
By role
What it changes, seat by seat.
Who feels it
A CEO or owner
The state of the business without waiting for someone to prepare it for you.
Learn moreA sales manager
Win rate, deal size and value at risk, which is most of a one-to-one agenda.
Learn moreA founder
You find out where the wins actually come from, which is rarely where you assumed.
Learn moreA sales rep
Your own numbers, without asking anybody to run something for you.
Learn moreQuestions
Empiraa IQ questions, answered.
What data does the ask box read?
Your workspace. Your accounts, contacts, deals, activities and pipeline. It is not searching the web and it is not answering from general knowledge about sales.
Is Empiraa IQ an extra subscription?
No. It is part of Signal, and ANI is built into the platform rather than sold separately. Plans differ in volume, never in which parts you get. See pricing.
Do I need a reporting person to use it?
No. That is the point of the ask box. Questions are typed in plain words, and every plan includes unlimited users, so nobody queues behind a reporting licence.
What is value at risk?
The open value sitting on deals that have passed their close date or gone quiet. It is worked out from facts rather than from how anyone feels about the month. More on the pipeline.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Each customer’s data is kept separate from every other workspace and is never used to train AI models.
Does IQ work if we are a team of three?
Yes, and it is often more useful, because a growing team has never had win rate or coverage in front of it. Nothing here assumes a sales operations function.
