How we protect your data

Protections
Encrypted in transit
Data moving between your browser, our servers and our AI provider is encrypted with TLS.
Encrypted at rest
Stored data, including your plans, goals and reports, is encrypted with AES-256.
Access by role
Role-based permissions decide who can see and change what. Only signed-in people in your organisation can reach your data.
Private goals and objectives
Sensitive goals and objectives can be kept private to the people who need them.
Your data kept separate
Each organisation’s data is logically isolated. No query from your workspace can reach another customer’s data.
Monitoring and audit logs
Platform activity is monitored for unusual access, and internal audit logs support security investigations.
ANI and your data
AI that works for you, and only on your data.
ANI, the AI strategist in GPS, runs on Google Cloud’s Vertex AI. Your data is sent there only to generate a response. It is not retained, shared or used to train any model.

Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is not used to train, fine-tune or improve any AI model, including Google’s. It is processed only to generate the response you asked for. Read our AI transparency page.
Who can see our strategy in GPS?
Only signed-in people in your organisation, and only what their role allows. Goals and objectives can also be kept private.
Is Empiraa SOC 2 certified?
SOC 2 is in progress. In the meantime, we can complete your security questionnaire during procurement.
Where is our data hosted?
Empiraa runs on Google Cloud, with data processed in regions consistent with applicable data protection requirements. Contact team@empiraa.com to confirm the regional settings for your organisation.
Which AI does ANI use?
ANI is powered by large language models on Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform. Your data is not retained or shared with Google beyond generating the response.
