Can board members log in to GPS?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users, so board members and owners can have their own access, set by role.
Who writes the board report?
GPS drafts it from live data. The leadership team edits it, saves versions and then exports or emails it.
Does the report hide bad news?
The report measures every goal the same way: progress against where its timeline says it should be, with the variance and owner shown.
Do we need a board to use GPS?
No. The same reports work for owners, investors, a parent company or the leadership team itself.
Is the board’s information secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is set by role, and sensitive goals can be kept private. SOC 2 is in progress. Read about security.
