Proposals and quotes
Priced, sent and tracked, without leaving the deal.
The quote is the moment a job becomes real, and it is usually the slowest thing in the week. Build it from the deal and the product catalogue, send it as a link, and see it being read while the conversation is still warm.

The problem
The quote goes out on Thursday.
The site visit was Monday. By Thursday, somebody else has already sent theirs.
Why quotes are slow
It starts in a word processor
Last job’s document, saved under a new name, with the risk that last job’s price survives the find and replace.
The numbers are typed twice
Once on the deal and once in the document, which is how a deal worth one figure goes out quoted at another.
Then it disappears
Sent as an attachment, never confirmed as read, and chased a week later with a message that starts by apologising for chasing.
How it works
From the deal, not from last month’s file.
The proposal
Priced from your own catalogue
Add line items from the products and services you have already set up, and the total is worked out for you. The proposal and the deal cannot disagree, because they are reading from the same place.
- Line items with quantity and price from your catalogue
- The deal value stays in step with what you quoted
- Your own terms and scope wording, kept rather than retyped

Sent as a link they can open anywhere
On a phone, on a site, without downloading anything. And because it is a link, a correction reaches the person holding it rather than becoming a second attachment with a different number on it.
- Draft, sent and accepted states, so you know where each one stands
- Update after sending without creating a second version
- Attached to the deal, so the history shows what was actually quoted

And you can see engagement on it
Active proposals and the value in play sit on the Proposal Hub, with engagement shown per proposal. A quote that has been opened four times is a different call from one that has not been opened at all.
- Value in play, which is the number worth watching in a slow month
- Engagement per proposal, so the follow-up is timed rather than guessed
- The deal moves stage as it is sent and accepted, and the forecast follows

What you get
Quote faster, and know where it landed.
In proposals
Line items from your catalogue
Priced once, used everywhere, so a quote cannot carry last year’s rate.
Built from the deal
Company, contact and value already in it. Nothing is typed a second time.
Sent as a link
Opens on any device, updates after sending, and never lands in a spam filter for its size.
Engagement tracking
You can see it being read, which is when to pick up the phone.
Value in play
The total sitting with customers right now, on one screen.
On the record
Every proposal stays on the account, so the history survives whoever sent it.

Proposal questions, answered.
Can I use my own pricing and terms?
Yes. Line items come from your own product and service catalogue at your own rates, and your scope and terms wording is kept rather than retyped for each job. More on products and pricing.
Will I know when it has been opened?
Yes. Engagement is shown per proposal, and the Proposal Hub shows active proposals and the total value in play. A quote being read repeatedly is worth a call the same day.
Does the deal value update from the proposal?
The proposal is built from the deal and its line items, so the two stay in step. That is the point of quoting inside the same system rather than in a separate document.
Can I fix a mistake after sending?
Yes. It is a link, so an update reaches whoever already has it. There is no second attachment with a different figure on it circulating in their inbox.
Is e-signature included?
Proposals are sent, tracked and marked as accepted in Signal. If you need a signed contract on top of that, keep using the signing tool you already have and record the outcome on the deal.
Is this an add-on?
No. Proposals are part of every plan, as are decks, sequences, the scheduler and the pipeline. Plans differ in volume, never in which parts you get, and every plan has unlimited users. See pricing.
