ANI in Signal

It reads the whole workspace and tells you what needs you.

ANI is the AI built into Empiraa Signal. It drafts the email, maps your import, plans the day around what has gone quiet, and answers questions about your own numbers. It is part of the platform, not a separate subscription, and it never sends anything you have not agreed to.

The problem

AI that writes, but does not know anything.

A blank chat box cannot tell you which of your deals is about to go cold.

Why most of it does not help

It has never seen your pipeline

A general model writes a confident sales email about a company it knows nothing about, to a person whose problem it cannot name. The output reads fine and lands badly.

It is bolted on and billed on top

AI arrives as another line on the invoice, priced per user, in yet another window that has to be told what your business does before every task.

Or it is trusted with too much

The other failure is worse: something sending on your behalf with no gate on it, to people you have never seen the message for.

How it works

It starts with your data, not a blank box.

What ANI does

It drafts, and you keep the last word

Ask for a sequence step and it writes one using your ideal customer profile and what Signal knows about the account. Paste your own and ask it to tighten. The draft sits in the editor waiting for you, and nothing goes anywhere until you start the sequence.

  • ANI Draft for a first version, ANI Polish for the one you wrote
  • Written from your ICP and the account, not from general sales advice
  • You edit and approve before anything is enrolled or sent

More on sequences

Writing a sequence email in Empiraa Signal, with the delay, a subject line using a company merge field, the body with a first-name merge field, and ANI Draft and ANI Polish

It plans the day around what is slipping

My Focus reads the overdue follow-ups, the deals past their close date and the accounts that have gone quiet, then puts them in an order worth working. You can take the order, change it, or ignore it.

  • Suggested actions from deal risk and silence, not from a random list
  • A call queue built from a filter when you want a block of dialling
  • Nothing scheduled or moved on your behalf without you agreeing

More on activities and follow-up

The Empiraa Signal activities screen showing a week of calls and follow-ups, each tagged with the contact and the account it belongs to, with overdue items marked

And it answers questions about your own numbers

Ask in plain words how the quarter is going, which industry converts, or what is at risk. The answer comes from your workspace rather than from the internet, which is the difference between a useful answer and a plausible one.

  • The ask box in Empiraa IQ, reading your deals and accounts
  • Column mapping on import, so a CSV from another tool lands correctly
  • ANI credits are metered on the workspace: 500 ANI credits a month on Launch, 2,500 ANI credits a month on Drive, 10,000 ANI credits a month on Command

Getting started

Use it on the boring half first.

Four steps

  1. 5 minutes

    Let it map your import

The least glamorous use and the one that saves the most on day one.

  2. 10 minutes

Ask it for a sequence step

Then rewrite the opener yourself. The draft is a starting point, not a finished email.

  3. 2 minutes

    Open My Focus

See whether the order it proposes matches what you would have done.

  4. 2 minutes

Ask it something about the quarter

A question you have never bothered to build a report for.

Questions

ANI questions, answered.

Is ANI an extra subscription?

No. ANI is built into Empiraa Signal and into Empiraa GPS, and it is never sold separately. ANI credits are metered on your workspace, so adding people to the team does not add a bill. See pricing.

Will it send emails on its own?

Not unless you decide it should. Drafting and sending are separate, Autopilot sets how far ANI may go, and the approval gate on sending email is there for exactly this reason. How Autopilot works.

Where does it get its answers?

From your workspace. Your accounts, contacts, deals and activity. It is not searching the web, and it is not answering from general knowledge about how sales works.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Each customer’s data is kept separate from every other workspace, and it is never used to train AI models. You can export what you hold whenever you want.

How many ANI credits do I get?

Launch includes 500 ANI credits a month, Drive 2,500 ANI credits a month and Command 10,000 ANI credits a month. Like every other limit in Signal, it belongs to the workspace rather than to a seat.

Is this the same ANI that runs in Empiraa GPS?

Yes. ANI is the intelligence across Empiraa, built into both platforms. In Signal it works on deals and outreach; in GPS it works on the plan and its execution. More about ANI.
