For CEOs and owners
A forecast you would put your name to.
Every number on the screen traces back to a deal, a stage and a date, so you can defend it in a board meeting or to a lender. And the customer history sits on the account rather than in one person’s inbox, which is what makes it an asset of the business.

The problem
Three things you cannot currently get.
A number you trust, a cost you can predict, and a customer base that is yours.
What is missing
A forecast with working shown
The one you get is a spreadsheet rebuilt monthly by someone who has adjusted it by feel. You cannot take it anywhere serious, so decisions get made on instinct instead.
A bill that grows with the team
Data, sequencing, the CRM and the scheduler, each priced per seat. Hiring two salespeople quietly adds four subscriptions, which is a strange tax on growth.
Relationships that walk out the door
When the history lives in a personal inbox, a resignation takes two years of context with it and the customer has to start the relationship again.
How it works
The number, the cost and the asset.
What changes
A forecast that traces back to deals
Portfolio puts the yearly budget, actual revenue, the weighted forecast and the gap on one screen, with run rate against budget underneath. Every figure comes from real deals at stages you set, so you can always answer where it came from.
- Budget, actual, forecast and gap, updated as the team works
- Run rate against budget, so a shortfall is visible in month three
- Win rate and average deal size from your own closes, not a benchmark

One bill, and it does not grow per head
Every Signal plan includes unlimited users and every limit is metered on the workspace. Launch is $99 a month for the whole business, whether that is three people or thirty.
- Unlimited users on every plan, so nobody shares a login to save money
- Prospecting data, sequencing, pipeline, decks, proposals and scheduling included
- Plans differ in volume, never in which parts you get

And the customer base belongs to the business
Accounts carry the whole history: every call, email, deal, deck and proposal, whoever created it. When somebody leaves, the next person picks up the relationship instead of introducing themselves to a customer of six years.
- One record per company, with the history attached to it
- Territories and owners, so every account is answerable to somebody
- Export whenever you want, and your data is never used to train AI models

What you get
What an owner actually needs from it.

Owner questions, answered.
What does it cost as we grow the team?
The same. Every plan includes unlimited users and every limit is metered on the workspace, so you move plan when your volume grows rather than when your headcount does. Launch is $99 a month, Drive $249 and Command $549. See pricing.
Can I trust the forecast?
You can check it, which is better. Each deal is counted at the probability of the stage it is in, you set those probabilities, and every figure opens onto the deals behind it.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it. It is kept separate from every other workspace, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train AI models. Nothing here is designed to make leaving difficult.
How much can the AI do on its own?
Exactly what you allow. Autopilot has three modes and separate approval gates for changing records, sending email and updating workflows. It starts on the cautious setting. How Autopilot works.
We already have a CRM. Why change?
Because a CRM records what happened and then you buy the tools that make it happen: data, sequencing, scheduling, proposals. Signal is a sales system that includes those, which is usually fewer bills and fewer things to join together. Compare Signal and HubSpot.
How long before it is worth having?
A fortnight to a real forecast, if you import the pipeline and fix the close dates. The first honest coverage number usually arrives before that and is usually the more useful one.
