Replace your sales stack
Six subscriptions down to one.
Most growing sales teams pay for a data tool, a sequencer, a CRM, a scheduling link, a proposal tool and a spreadsheet that holds it all together. Five bills, mostly per seat, and four integrations keeping them roughly in step. Signal is the one system that does all of it.

The problem
The stack costs more than the licences.
The bills are the visible part. The joins are what actually cost you.
Three hidden costs
Per seat, five times over
Every tool is priced per person, so hiring two salespeople adds ten licences. Growth quietly costs more than it should, and somebody ends up sharing a login.
The joins break quietly
A token expires, a field mapping shifts, and two systems disagree for three weeks before anyone notices. Nobody owns the integration, so nobody checks it.
Nothing gives you one number
The data is in five places, so the forecast gets rebuilt in a spreadsheet every month by hand, which is the most expensive report in the business.
How it works
One system, so there is nothing to join.
What changes
The list and the pipeline are the same records
A prospect found in Signal becomes a contact, an account and a deal without being exported anywhere. There is no sync between the data tool and the CRM, because there is no data tool and no separate CRM.
- Prospect data, sequencing and pipeline on one set of records
- Nothing exported, so nothing goes stale in a spreadsheet
- Decks, proposals and bookings on the same deal

One bill, and it does not grow per head
Unlimited users on every plan. Every limit is metered on your workspace, never per seat. You move up a plan when your volume grows, not when you hire, which is a much easier conversation to have with whoever signs off software.
- Launch $99 a month, Drive $249, Command $549
- Every plan has every part. Plans differ in volume only
- Two months free when you pay for the year

And you keep the two tools worth keeping
Your inbox and your calendar. Gmail or Outlook for sending, Google or Outlook calendar for availability, plus Zoom, Twilio, Teams, Slack, QuickBooks and the rest when you want them.
- Outreach from your own address, with your sending reputation
- Your real availability behind the booking page
- Import what you have, and export whenever you want

Four steps
- Day one
Export from where you are
Accounts, contacts, prospects and deals as CSVs.
- Day one
Import and map
ANI maps the columns, whether the file came from HubSpot, Pipedrive or a spreadsheet.

The two tools worth keeping.
- Weeks two to five
Cancel one thing a week
Start with the one nobody logs into. It is usually the data tool.
The swap
What you are probably paying for.
The usual growing sales stack, and where each part lives in Signal. Prices for the tools you are replacing change constantly, so we do not quote them here. Check your own invoices, which is the only number that matters.

Questions
Stack questions, answered.
Will I really be able to cancel everything?
Most teams cancel the data tool, the sequencer, the CRM, the scheduling link and the proposal tool. You keep your inbox, your calendar and your accounting system, because Signal does not try to be those.
What does it cost?
Launch is $99 a month, Drive $249 and Command $549, for the whole workspace. Every plan includes unlimited users, and paying for the year gives you two months free. See pricing.
Why is it not priced per user?
Because per-seat pricing makes you leave people off the system to save money, and a sales system with half the team missing is worse than useless. Limits are on volume, which is what actually costs us to provide.
Can I bring my data across?
Yes. Accounts, contacts, prospects and deals import from CSV with ANI mapping the columns, whatever tool the file came out of. Switching from HubSpot.
Is anything an add-on?
No. Every plan has every part, including ANI, which is built into the platform and never sold separately. Plans differ in volume only.
What if I need a tool you do not replace?
Keep it. Signal connects to Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Zoom, Twilio, Teams, Slack, QuickBooks, Mailchimp and Brevo, and imports and exports by CSV. See the integrations.
