A very broad suite,
priced one person at a time.
Zoho’s strength is breadth and price. Fifty-plus applications, a free edition for three users, and a CRM at A$22 a seat is a combination nothing focused can match, and for a business that wants one vendor for everything it is a sound choice. The trade is what you spend working out which of five editions and two bundles you need, and what is still missing once you have picked. The thing that is missing at every edition is a way to find companies you do not already know about. Signal is one plan, unlimited users, and the prospect data is in it.

- Pipeline, activities, forecasting and account history
- B2B prospect database and enrichment included
- Sequences, booking link and proposals on every plan
- ANI, the built-in AI
- Unlimited users, no editions to choose between
- A$99 includes GST

Feature comparison
The first section is where Zoho wins, including on price below about five people, and it is first on purpose. If breadth or a very low per-seat price is what you need, that section is the answer.
Where Zoho is genuinely betterRead this first · Below about five people Zoho is cheaper, and the breadth is real
Zoho is cheaper than Signal below about five people, and the breadth of what Zoho sells is something no focused product can match. If either of those is what you need, Zoho is the right answer.

Prospect dataZoho enriches what you have · Signal finds what you do not
This is the clearest structural difference between the two, and it is not a matter of tiers. Zoho has no prospect database at any edition.
| Feature | Zoho CRM | ![]() |
|---|---|---|
| Built-in B2B prospect database | None at any edition | 2,000 fresh prospects a month on Launch |

The bundle questionZoho CRM is rarely the whole purchase
Anyone evaluating Zoho CRM will be shown Zoho CRM Plus and Zoho One, so leaving them out would describe a purchase nobody makes. Both are per user, and Zoho One has a condition worth reading twice.
| Feature | Zoho CRM | ![]() |
|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM standalone | A$22 to A$80.30 per user / month, annual | $99 for the workspace |
| Zoho CRM Plus | A$28.20 to A$88 per user / month, annual | No equivalent bundle |
| Zoho One, all-employee pricing | A$60.50 per employee / month, and you must license every employee on payroll | No equivalent |
| Zoho One, flexible user pricing | A$137.50 per user / month | No equivalent |
| Number of editions and bundles to weigh | Five CRM editions plus two bundles | Three plans |
| Premium support cost | Not published for standalone CRM. Zoho One lists 20% and 25% of licence fees | Included |
Cheaper at three people.
Not at five.
Zoho Standard is A$22 per user per month and Signal Launch is A$99 for the whole workspace, so the crossover is around the fifth person. Australian prices read from Zoho on 19 September 2026, on annual billing.

Zoho edition prices, bundle prices and per-edition feature availability were read from zoho.com on 19 September 2026, in Australian dollars on annual billing. Zoho geolocates its pricing page by IP and has no currency selector reachable from outside a region, so a reader elsewhere will see different figures. Zoho’s tax disclaimer read “in addition to” on one visit and “inclusive of” on another the same day, so confirm GST treatment with them. The crossover is the fifth person either way: even if Zoho’s A$22 is GST-exclusive, four seats at A$24.20 inclusive is A$96.80, still under A$99. Empiraa Signal prices are the same number in AUD, USD, EUR and GBP, and Australian prices include GST.
AI COMPARISON
Zia works inside the suite.
ANI works the pipeline.
Zoho’s AI is called Zia and it spans the wider suite, which is an advantage if you run several Zoho applications. Which CRM edition its agents start on was unclear on the day these pages were read, with the pricing bullets and the comparison table disagreeing. ANI is on every Signal plan and works across prospects, outreach, deals and activity in one system.
Zia
- Zia Data Enrichment on all paid editions
- Zia Agents, first edition unclear on their own pages
- Churn prediction and next best experience from Enterprise
- Spans the wider Zoho suite, not only CRM
- No prospect database for it to search

ANI, AI across the sales workflow
- Find and surface relevant prospects
- Personalise outreach
- Plan follow-up
- Generate sales content
- Identify next actions
- Progress opportunities
Which platform fits your sales team?
Zoho CRM may suit you if:
- You have three or four people and price is the deciding factor
- You want one vendor across sales, support, finance, HR and projects
- You already run other Zoho applications
- You need deep customisation and have someone to do it
- The free edition for three users covers you for now

Empiraa Signal may suit you if:
- Your team is around five people or heading that way
- Finding new accounts is part of what you want the CRM to do
- You do not want to work out which of five editions you need
- A per-user enrichment cap would get in your way
- You want quotes and a booking link without reaching a higher edition
One plan, and the data is already in it.
The crossover is the fifth person
Below that Zoho Standard costs less and we will say so. Above it the Signal price stops moving while the per-seat bill keeps climbing.
2,000 prospects a month, included
Zoho has no prospect database at any edition, so this is a difference that upgrading does not close. Signal finds the companies, not just the missing fields on the ones you have.
No edition to choose
Sequences, forecasting, booking, quotes, enrichment and ANI are on Launch. There is no Professional to reach for and no bundle to weigh up.
FAQs
Not sure this comparison is fair? Ask ANI. It will tell you when the other one is the better fit.
Zoho CRM edition prices, Zoho CRM Plus and Zoho One prices, and per-edition feature availability were read from zoho.com/crm/zohocrm-pricing.html, zoho.com/crm/complete-feature-list.html, zoho.com/crm/crmplus/pricing.html, zoho.com/one/pricing/ and Zoho’s help centre on 19 September 2026, in Australian dollars on annual billing. Zoho geolocates its pricing page by IP, so figures differ by region. Two contradictions on Zoho’s own pages that day are described above rather than resolved: which edition Zia Agents start on, and whether prices include or exclude local taxes.
