What people ask about pricing.

Where can I compare prices for each platform?

Both platforms publish prices. GPS for Business starts at A$199 per month. GPS for Professional Services starts at A$149 per month, priced by client accounts. Signal has its own workspace plans. Australian prices include GST; every plan includes unlimited users.

Do I pay per user?

No, on either platform. Every Empiraa Signal plan and every Empiraa GPS plan includes unlimited users. On Signal every limit is metered on the workspace instead, so adding a person never changes the bill.

Is there a free trial?

Empiraa Signal has a 14 day free trial and no credit card is needed to start. GPS for Business offers a 30-day free pilot after a demo, at Business plan limits, with a card required. GPS for Professional Services has a self-serve 30-day free pilot at the chosen plan limits, with a card required and automatic conversion unless cancelled.

What currency is the price in?

Charged in the currency shown. Australian prices include GST. You are billed in your own currency, and Australian prices include GST.

What happens when my Empiraa Signal trial ends?

You choose a plan. If you do not, your workspace pauses until you add a card. Nothing is deleted and you pick up where you left off.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, up or down, whenever you want. On Empiraa Signal the change takes effect immediately. On Empiraa GPS it is a conversation, because the plan is built around your rollout.

What are ANI credits?

ANI is the AI built into both platforms. On Empiraa Signal a credit is used each time it generates content, analyses your pipeline or runs a task, and each plan includes a monthly allowance. Unused credits do not roll over.

Do I have to buy both platforms?

No. Each one is bought separately and works on its own. Most businesses that run both started with one and added the other later. See them side by side.
